1. Versicherung

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. The organizers and coaches of the KSI Basketball Camp disclaim any kind of liability for injuries or property damage concerning participant*in or third persons. In case of loss of clothing or valuables, the organizers and coaches do not assume any liability.

2. Gesundheitszustand

The participant is healthy and able to participate in all sports and leisure activities.

3. Gruppeneinteilung

The organizers and coaches of the KSI Basketball Camp will take the wishes of the participant into consideration when assigning groups. However, the definitive division is the responsibility of the responsible coaches.

4. Ausschluss

The instructions of the coaches and group supervisors must be followed. In the event of non-compliance with camp rules, theft or wilful damage to the sports facilities, the camp management has the right to inform the parents or guardians and to exclude the participants concerned from the camp. There is no right to reimbursement of participation fees.

5. Anmeldung / Vertragsabschluss / Bestätigung

The online registration is binding as soon as the payment confirmation of the participation fee is received from KSI Basketball Camp. The number of participants is limited.

The regular participation fee may vary during the registration period.

If no transfer has been made within ten days after registration, the registration of the participating person will be deleted. The right to the services of the KSI Basketball Camp expires.

In case of transfer of incomplete amounts, the registration of the participating person will also be cancelled. The incomplete amount will be refunded within 10 days after receipt.

6. Abmeldungen

• Up to 60 days before the start of the camp, a contribution towards expenses of CHF 100 per registered camper and per chosen camp will be charged. The remaining amount of the participation fee will be refunded to the buyer.

• Less than 60 days prior to the start of the camp, no refunds of the participation fee will be made in principle. There are exceptions, but no claims for exceptions apply on the part of the purchaser.

7. Krankheit oder Verletzungen

Should the registered camper not be able to attend the camp for health reasons after the start of the camp (see article 1), there is no right to a refund.

8. Foto- und Filmrechte

With the registration, the participant and his/her legal guardian declare their consent that pictures and film recordings of the participant are made and distributed and publicly presented by the camp organizer (including on the Internet).

9. Sonstiges

The KSI Basketball Camp association reserves the right to adapt and change the General Terms and Conditions. For customers, the version that was current when the purchase contract was concluded always applies.
